  • 200 g coconut cream
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup

Ingredients for the chocolate topping

  • 250 g chocolate
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Remember to put your ice cream mold on a tray before filling it and placing your ice cream in the freezer for 6 hours.
  • Arrange your ice cream on a frozen plate or on a plate filled with ice cubes when you unmold them so that they don't melt while you cover them with chocolate!
