In the part where i talk about flavours, this is up to you… you can add vanilla, honey, maple syrup, dates, salt, monk fruit, whatever you want for sweetness & taste. Experiment, see what you like. Homemade Soy Milk

  • 1 cup organic soy beans (soak overnight)
  • water (up to 8 cups)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Soak soybeans overnight. Drain and rinse.
  • Add beans and water into a high-speed blender and blend at a high speed for 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour milk into a pot and boil at medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Wait for the milk to cool down.
  • Pour milk into a nut milk bag and strain the milk from the beans.
  • Store milk in the frige for 3-4 days.
