- 1 cup organic soy beans (soak overnight)
- water (up to 8 cups)

Preparation
- Soak soybeans overnight. Drain and rinse.
- Add beans and water into a high-speed blender and blend at a high speed for 1-2 minutes.
- Pour milk into a pot and boil at medium heat for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Wait for the milk to cool down.
- Pour milk into a nut milk bag and strain the milk from the beans.
- Store milk in the frige for 3-4 days.
