  • 150 g unsalted butter (small cubes)
  • 300 g brown sugar
  • 150 g heavy cream
  • 1 pinch salt



  • To prepare the caramel sauce, place the butter, brown sugar, heavy cream and salt in your Optimum ThermoCook ProM 2.0 mixing bowl.
  • Choose Speed 2 at 50 degrees Celsius for 9 minutes, and remove the lid (measuring cap) so that the mixture gets fresh air.
  • Pour the cooked sauce on your crepes, brownies or any dessert you have, or store in a well-sealed jar for 3 weeks in the fridge.
