Homemade Pumpkin Seeds Butter

  • 600 g pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas)
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 160C
  • Spread pumpkin seeds over a baking tray and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Keep an eye on them and toss them around every 4 - 5 minutes.
  • Allow to cool and then add to a high-speed blender or food processor.
  • Blend together until reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Transfer to a glass jar, this can be stored in the fridge for a couple of months.
