Homemade Pumpkin Seeds Butter

- 600 g pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas)
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 160C
- Spread pumpkin seeds over a baking tray and bake for 10 - 15 minutes. Keep an eye on them and toss them around every 4 - 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool and then add to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend together until reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Transfer to a glass jar, this can be stored in the fridge for a couple of months.
