
Homemade Pesto With Chicken Pasta

- 250 g chicken fillet in pieces
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 150 g green asparagus
- 150 g peas
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
Pesto ingredients
- 1 basil plant
- 30 g roasted pine nuts
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 50-75 ml olive oil
Instructions
Preparation
- Blend together the basil with the pine nuts, cheese and oil until smooth.
- Brown the chicken breast with garlic and Italian herbs in olive oil.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the preparation method on the package.
- Cut the asparagus into pieces of 2-3 cm and cook in salted water until al dente (very short 2-3 min).
- Add the bell pepper and asparagus to the chicken and fry. Then add the peas and fry together until cooked.
- Add cooked pasta and pesto sauce. Mix well together.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese and enjoy!
