Homemade Oat Coconut Milk
Ingredients
- 100 g organic oat flakes
- 1 l cold water
- 1 tbsp organic coconut flour
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- Soak oats and coconut flour for 20 minutes.
- Add ingredients into a blender and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds.
- Strain the milk using a nut milk bag.
- Store in the glass jar in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
