Homemade Oat Coconut Milk

Ingredients

  • 100 g organic oat flakes
  • 1 l cold water
  • 1 tbsp organic coconut flour
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Soak oats and coconut flour for 20 minutes.
  2. Add ingredients into a blender and blend on medium speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the milk using a nut milk bag.
  4. Store in the glass jar in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
