Homemade Nutella is a must-have for any chocolate lover, and it’s a much healthier option! Making your own Nutella is a simple process that allows you to choose and control the ingredients that go into your body.

Homemade “Nutella“

Ingredients

  • 275 g roasted hazelnuts
  • 7 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 160 g icing sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp refined coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Add toasted hazelnuts into the Thermocook mixing bowl and blend for 10 seconds / Speed 10. Scrape down with a spatula and blend for another 30 seconds / Speed 5.
  2. Scrape down, then repeat three more times, scraping down in between until you
    have smooth hazelnut butter.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, icing sugar, salt, vanilla extract, and coconut oil then blend again for 20 seconds / Speed 10.
  4. Transfer into sterilized jam jars and store in the fridge.
