  • 275 g roasted hazelnuts
  • 7 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 160 g Icing sugar
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g coconut oil

Preparation

  • Add toasted hazelnuts into the TC ProM2.0 bowl and blend for 10 seconds, speed 10.
  • Scrape down the sides and blend for 30 seconds, speed 5.
  • Scrape down, and repeat three more times, scraping down in between until you have a smooth hazelnut butter.
  • Add 7 tbsp cocoa powder, 160g icing sugar (or dates, see tips), 1/4 tsp salt, a tsp vanilla, and 100g coconut oil. Blend again for 20 seconds, speed 10.
  • Transfer into sterilized jam jars and store in the fridge.
  • Substitute sugar with 120g dates soaked in boiling water to soften for a healthier spread.
