Homemade Boba Pearls

Ingredients

  • 45 g brown sugar
  • 65 g water
  • 90 g tapioca flour + for dusting

Preparation

  1. In your Optimum ThermoCook ProM 2.0, place water, with brown sugar, set the timer to 5 minutes, and speed 2 on reverse at 90 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add tapioca flour to your mixture (you may need an extra tablespoon) and choose the kneading option that’s already saved in the ThermoCook.
  3. After your dough is ready, put some tapioca to dust your table and make the pearls.
  4. Cook pearls in boiling water for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Melt your brown sugar in the frying pan and add cooked boba pearls.
  6. Enjoy!
