- Preheat your oven to the lowest temperature setting available. Ideally, you want to keep the temperature between 130°F (55°C) and 150°F (65°C) for drying the beets.
- Grate beetroot.
- Spread on the baking sheet and roast the over until dry. The beets are ready when they become brittle and easily crumble when touched.
- Add cooled beetroot into the blender and blend at high speed.
- Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Properly stored beet powder can last for several months.
