- 4 peeled, chopped and frozen bananas
- 1 tsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tsp barley grass juice powder

- Place your peeled, chopped and frozen bananas in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until you get an ice cream consistency like a soft serve. This will take a few minutes. You can move the bananas around a few times to help them break down. If you are using a blender, you may need to add a few tablespoons of water but add as little as possible.
- Once you have turned the bananas into ice cream, add the chopped mint and barley grass juice powder. Process again for a few seconds.
- Serve and eat immediately, or place your ice cream in the freezer for 15 to 30 minutes to firm up if you prefer a firmer consistency.
