Homemade Banana Mint Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 peeled, chopped and frozen bananas
  • 1 tsp fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp barley grass juice powder

Preparation

  1. Place your peeled, chopped and frozen bananas in a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until you get an ice cream consistency like a soft serve. This will take a few minutes. You can move the bananas around a few times to help them break down. If you are using a blender, you may need to add a few tablespoons of water but add as little as possible.
  2. Once you have turned the bananas into ice cream, add the chopped mint and barley grass juice powder. Process again for a few seconds.
  3. Serve and eat immediately, or place your ice cream in the freezer for 15 to 30 minutes to firm up if you prefer a firmer consistency.
  4. Enjoy!
