High Protein Beetroot Pulp Dip

Ingredients:

  • 500 g high protein cottage cheese
  • 200 g greek yogurt
  • 1 kg beet pulp
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
