High Protein Beetroot Pulp Dip
Ingredients
Ingredients:
- 500 g high protein cottage cheese
- 200 g greek yogurt
- 1 kg beet pulp
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blitz until smooth.
