- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 20 g olive oil
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 2 celery stick
- 250 g pumpkin
- 1000 g water
- 3 tsp vegetable stock
- 150 soup mix packet or pearl barley

Preparation
- Cut carrot and zucchini lengthwise then chopped into chunks, chop celery and pumpkin into small chunks, and set aside.
- Cut onion into quarters and add 2 garlic cloves to the TC ProM2.0 bowl. Chop for 4 seconds, speed 5, and scrape the downsides of the bowl.
- Add 20g olive oil and saute for 2 minutes, 100C, on reverse speed 1.
- Add 1000g water, 3 tsp vegetable stock, carrot, zucchini, celery, pumpkin, and soup packet mix. Cook for 30 minutes, 100C, on reverse speed 1.
- Serve hot with fresh bread.
- To make this soup gluten-free, omit the soup packet mix and add lentils instead.
