  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 g olive oil
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 celery stick
  • 250 g pumpkin
  • 1000 g water
  • 3 tsp vegetable stock
  • 150 soup mix packet or pearl barley



  • Cut carrot and zucchini lengthwise then chopped into chunks, chop celery and pumpkin into small chunks, and set aside.
  • Cut onion into quarters and add 2 garlic cloves to the TC ProM2.0 bowl. Chop for 4 seconds, speed 5, and scrape the downsides of the bowl.
  • Add 20g olive oil and saute for 2 minutes, 100C, on reverse speed 1.
  • Add 1000g water, 3 tsp vegetable stock, carrot, zucchini, celery, pumpkin, and soup packet mix. Cook for 30 minutes, 100C, on reverse speed 1.
  • Serve hot with fresh bread.
  • To make this soup gluten-free, omit the soup packet mix and add lentils instead.
