Healthy Vegan Mango Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 500 g frozen mango
- 3 tbsp oat milk
- coconut and mint as a topping
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and mix well so that you don’t have any chunks left.
- Eat it right away or put the ice cream in the freezer for a while so it gets a little firmer.
- Enjoy!
