Healthy Vegan Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 500 g frozen mango
  • 3 tbsp oat milk
  • coconut and mint as a topping

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-powered blender and mix well so that you don’t have any chunks left.
  2. Eat it right away or put the ice cream in the freezer for a while so it gets a little firmer.
  3. Enjoy!
