Ingredients

  • 250 g potatoes
  • 100 g sweet potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 35 g cashew nuts (soaked)
  • 40 g yeast flakes
  • 1 pickled jalapeño
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 100 ml water
  • salt, pepper
  • 175 g spelled macaroni

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots and steam for 20min.
  • In the meantime, cook the macaroni in a saucepan.
  • Add all ingredients into a blender and puree finely.
  • Mix the pasta with the 'cheese sauce' and serve with fresh chives.
