  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 can of coconut
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein
  • 4-5 medjoul dates
  • 1/2 cup plant milk
  • 1 tsp salt



  • Add cashews, coconut, maple syrup, and vanilla proteins into the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
  • Soak the dates in the hot water. Drain and dry.
  • Blend in your blender with some plant milk and salt.
  • Pour ice cream mix into a freezing container and add your blended dates.
  • Put in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
  • Enjoy!
