- 1 cup cashews
- 1 can of coconut
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein
- 4-5 medjoul dates
- 1/2 cup plant milk
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Preparation
- Add cashews, coconut, maple syrup, and vanilla proteins into the blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
- Soak the dates in the hot water. Drain and dry.
- Blend in your blender with some plant milk and salt.
- Pour ice cream mix into a freezing container and add your blended dates.
- Put in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
