- Add the strawberries to a blender and blend until liquid.
- Add blended strawberries, stevia and chia seeds to a saucepan and heat over low-medium heat. Stirring often.
- Bring to a simmer and continue stirring often until the jam begins to reduce and thickens.
- Take off the heat and transfer it into a jar and place it in the fridge to cool completely.
- Spread on toast, add to your porridge, use it in your baking, the possibilities are endless with this delicious Jam!
- Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.
