Healthy Simple Banana Pancakes

- 1.5 cup oats
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Preparation
- Put everything in the blender. Pulse for 45 seconds so it was extra smooth.
- Let the mixture sit for 2 minutes to thicken up.
- Heat a frying pan with olive oil.
- Cook approximately 12 pancakes.
- Serve with sliced banana and honey.
