Healthy Oat Banana Pancake

Ingredients

  • 2 cup oatmeal
  • 1.5 banana
  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Toppings

  • banana
  • raisins
  • pecans
  • walnuts
  • agave syrup

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender jug and blend until smooth.
  2. Cook in the frying pan until golden.
