Healthy Hazelnut Cocoa Cream

  • 400 g raw hazelnuts
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 2 tbsp cocoa

Instructions
 

  • Simply add the hazelnuts to your blender and turn it on (blend at intervals to avoid overheating the blender and use a tamper to push your hazelnuts into the blade)
  • After about 5 minutes, the nuts begin to release some oil, making the mixture clump together at this point add 4 tablespoons of oil to help them along a bit more.
  • Add cocoa and blend on slow for a few minutes until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  • Enjoy!
