Healthy Delicious Protein Cheesecake Recipe

  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 2/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup blueberries



  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C) and grease a ramekin with cooking spray or butter.
  • In a high-speed blender, add cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, egg, and maple syrup.
  • Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Add in the blueberries and pulse a few times, just enough to break them up and distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the greased ramekin.
  • Place the ramekin in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden around the edges.
  • Once the cheesecake is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • Transfer the ramekin to the refrigerator and let the cheesecake set for a few hours or overnight.
  • Once the cheesecake has been set, remove it from the refrigerator and add some more blueberries and crushed ginger cookies on top as a garnish.
  • Serve and enjoy your healthy and delicious protein cheesecake!
