Healthy Chocolate Thick Shake Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 small frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp salted caramel protein powder

Preparation

  1. Add the frozen bananas, cacao powder, peanut butter, salted caramel protein powder, and soy milk to a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until everything is completely smooth and well combined. This should take around 1-2 minutes.
  3. Once everything is blended, check the consistency of the shake. If it’s too thick, you can add a little more soy milk to thin it out to your desired consistency.
  4. Pour the thick shake into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also sprinkle some cacao nibs or chopped nuts on top for an extra crunch.
