Healthy Chocolate Thick Shake Recipe

- 2 small frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp salted caramel protein powder

- Add the frozen bananas, cacao powder, peanut butter, salted caramel protein powder, and soy milk to a blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until everything is completely smooth and well combined. This should take around 1-2 minutes.
- Once everything is blended, check the consistency of the shake. If it's too thick, you can add a little more soy milk to thin it out to your desired consistency.
- Pour the thick shake into a glass and enjoy immediately. You can also sprinkle some cacao nibs or chopped nuts on top for an extra crunch.
