Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 180 g oatmeal
  • 200 ml milk of your choice
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 pinch salt

Ingredients for the caramel

  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a square baking tin (or line it with baking paper).
  • Put the bananas, eggs, milk, oatmeal, oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and baking powder in a blender and blend until smooth. Then stir the chocolate chips through the batter.
  • Make the healthy caramel by mixing the agave syrup with the peanut butter and a pinch of salt.
  • Drizzle 3/4 of the caramel over the brownie and spread by swirling or turning the caramel into the batter with the back of a spoon.
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish and gently tap the counter a few times to remove any air bubbles.
  • Slide the brownie into the oven for 20 minutes and then let it cool down before you cut it.
  • Serve with the remaining caramel and a pinch of coarse sea salt. Bon appetite!
