Healthy Brownie With Quick Caramel

- 2 bananas
- 2 eggs
- 180 g oatmeal
- 200 ml milk of your choice
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 1 pinch salt
Ingredients for the caramel
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a square baking tin (or line it with baking paper).
- Put the bananas, eggs, milk, oatmeal, oil, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and baking powder in a blender and blend until smooth. Then stir the chocolate chips through the batter.
- Make the healthy caramel by mixing the agave syrup with the peanut butter and a pinch of salt.
- Drizzle 3/4 of the caramel over the brownie and spread by swirling or turning the caramel into the batter with the back of a spoon.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish and gently tap the counter a few times to remove any air bubbles.
- Slide the brownie into the oven for 20 minutes and then let it cool down before you cut it.
- Serve with the remaining caramel and a pinch of coarse sea salt. Bon appetite!
