Halloween Phantoms Mashed Potato

- 750 g potatoes
- 500 g water
- 50 g butter
- 100 g milk
- 1 tbsp vegetable stock
- salt, pepper

Preparation
- Chop the potatoes into cubes, add to the ThermoCook steaming basket and add 500g of water to the TC bowl.
- Set the temperature to 120 degrees Celsius, 25 minutes, speed 2.
- Once the potatoes are soft, remove the basket and discard the water.
- Attach the butterfly tool and add the potatoes back into the bowl adding the salt, vegetable stock, milk and butter then blend for 30 seconds at speed 4.
- Using a piping bag form the cute little phantoms with green peas as the eyes. And let your guests enjoy!
