Halloween Phantoms Mashed Potato

Ingredients

  • 750 g potatoes
  • 500 g water
  • 50 g butter
  • 100 g milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable stock
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the potatoes into cubes, add to the ThermoCook steaming basket and add 500g of water to the TC bowl.
  2. Set the temperature to 120 degrees Celsius, 25 minutes, speed 2.
  3. Once the potatoes are soft, remove the basket and discard the water.
  4. Attach the butterfly tool and add the potatoes back into the bowl adding the salt, vegetable stock, milk and butter then blend for 30 seconds at speed 4.
  5. Using a piping bag form the cute little phantoms with green peas as the eyes. And let your guests enjoy!
