- 0.5 lemon, juiced
- 2 large avocados
- 1 large tomato
- 20 g red onion
- 1 fresh chilli (optional)
- 1 clove garlic (optional)

Preparation
- Peel and cut onion and garlic and place in TC ProM2.0 bowl and chop for 10 seconds, speed 7.
- Add avocado flesh, tomato roughly chopped, deseeded chilli if using, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix 8 seconds, speed 5. Serve fresh.
- Great served with crackers or raw vegetables.
