- 2-3 handful of spinach
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 300 ml oat milk

- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If necessary, add more oat milk to achieve the desired consistency.
- Once the mixture is well-blended and has reached your desired consistency, pour the smoothie into a glass or jar.
