Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 shallot sliced
  • salt
  • 100 g bell pepper
  • 100 g cucumber
  • 50 g black olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano

Preparation

  1. Cut the tomatoes in half. Put the feta into the bowl and mix for 3 seconds at speed 4.
  2. Now add the bell pepper, the shallot, the peeled cucumber (seeds removed), the olives, olive oil, oregano, pepper, and salt to the bowl and mix for 4 seconds and speed 4.
  3. Add the tomatoes and the feta cheese and mix for 5 seconds at speed 2.
