- 800 g button mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 100 ml white wine
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 140 g tomato pulp
- salt
- 1 tbsp coriander seed
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp caster sugar

Preparation
- Peel the onion and cut it into big pieces. Then add it into the bowl and mix for 20 seconds at speed 10.
- Attach the butterfly tool. Add the oil and the coriander. Let it cook for 5 minutes at 120°C.
- Meanwhile, wash and cut the mushrooms into four pieces. After five minutes of cooking, add the mushrooms, thyme, white wine, lime juice, tomato pulp, sugar, and salt.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 100°C. Let them cool down, put them into the fridge, and serve cold.
