Greek Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 800 g button mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 140 g tomato pulp
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp coriander seed
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar

Preparation

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into big pieces. Then add it into the bowl and mix for 20 seconds at speed 10.
  2. Attach the butterfly tool. Add the oil and the coriander. Let it cook for 5 minutes at 120°C.
  3. Meanwhile, wash and cut the mushrooms into four pieces. After five minutes of cooking, add the mushrooms, thyme, white wine, lime juice, tomato pulp, sugar, and salt.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes at 100°C. Let them cool down, put them into the fridge, and serve cold.
