  • 800 g button mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 140 g tomato pulp
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp coriander seed
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel the onion and cut it into big pieces. Then add it into the bowl and mix for 20 seconds at speed 10.
  • Attach the butterfly tool. Add the oil and the coriander. Let it cook for 5 minutes at 120°C.
  • Meanwhile, wash and cut the mushrooms into four pieces. After five minutes of cooking, add the mushrooms, thyme, white wine, lime juice, tomato pulp, sugar, and salt.
  • Cook for 30 minutes at 100°C. Let them cool down, put them into the fridge, and serve cold.
