Gluten-Free Protein Brownies are much easier to make than you would think. They are packed with protein and have no sugar, gluten, or other artificial ingredients. These brownies are a perfect treat to indulge in when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to take in sugar or unhealthy fats.

Gluten-Free Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 50 g roasted peanuts (salted)
  • 150 g soft dried figs *
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

For the glaze

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • soft dried figs
  • 50 g salted caramel protein
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Soak dates in soy milk straight into the blender for 5 minutes, then blend until smooth and well combined.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well together.
  3. Add chocolate chip last, and mix with a wooden spoon (you can do this step straight into the blender).
  4. Pour the brownie mix into a baking tray.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
  5. Once out of the oven let cool down and cut into squares.
