Gluten-Free Protein Brownies are much easier to make than you would think. They are packed with protein and have no sugar, gluten, or other artificial ingredients. These brownies are a perfect treat to indulge in when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to take in sugar or unhealthy fats.

- 100 g rolled oats
- 50 g roasted peanuts (salted)
- 150 g soft dried figs *
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
For the glaze
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 100 g dark chocolate
- soft dried figs
- 50 g salted caramel protein
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation
- Soak dates in soy milk straight into the blender for 5 minutes, then blend until smooth and well combined.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well together.
- Add chocolate chip last, and mix with a wooden spoon (you can do this step straight into the blender).
- Pour the brownie mix into a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- Once out of the oven let cool down and cut into squares. Enjoy!
