These brownies are a perfect treat to indulge in when you’re craving something sweet but don’t want to take in sugar or unhealthy fats.

Ingredients
  

Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 50 g roasted peanuts (salted)
  • 150 g soft dried figs *
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

For the glaze

  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • soft dried figs
  • 50 g salted caramel protein
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Soak dates in soy milk straight into the blender for 5 minutes, then blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well together.
  • Add chocolate chip last, and mix with a wooden spoon (you can do this step straight into the blender).
  • Pour the brownie mix into a baking tray. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
  • Once out of the oven let cool down and cut into squares. Enjoy!
