- 225 g filtered water
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp dried yeast
- 285 g gluten free plain flour
- 30 g olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 g almond flour

Preparation
- Place water, sugar, and dried yeast into TC ProM2.0 bowl. Mix 20 seconds, speed 2.
- Add gluten-free flour, olive oil, salt, and almond flour to the bowl. Use the kneading function 500g, 3 minutes, speed 4.
- Scrape the dough out into an oiled bowl and using wet hands form a ball, cover with plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 230C. Line a pizza tray or large baking sheet with baking paper. Grease the paper and transfer the dough to the paper.
- Using wet hands, shape into a circle, leaving a slight ridge around the edge of the dough.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Top with your desired toppings and bake 5-7 minutes until cheese has melted. Broil for 2-3 minutes to brown cheese and crust.
- Serve with a side salad.
- Omit meat for a vegetarian pizza. Suggested toppings, baby spinach, cheese, sliced capsicum, mushrooms, tomato, olives, ham, chicken, prawns.
