Gingerbread House

Ingredients

  • 375 g flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp grounded ginger
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 85 g unsalted butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 120 g maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients into Thermocook Pro M 2.0 and select the Dough function.
  2. When it’s ready roll the dough and using the cookie cutter create forms and shapes for your gingerbread house.
  3. Bake pieces in the oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool before assembling.
  4. Using the royal icing assemble your gingerbread house and decorate it to your liking.
  5. Enjoy!
