Gingerbread House

- 375 g flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp grounded ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 85 g unsalted butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 120 g maple syrup
Instructions
Preparation
- Add ingredients into Thermocook Pro M 2.0 and select the Dough function.
- When it’s ready roll the dough and using the cookie cutter create forms and shapes for your gingerbread house.
- Bake pieces in the oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool before assembling.
- Using the royal icing assemble your gingerbread house and decorate it to your liking.
