  • 375 g flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp grounded ginger
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 85 g unsalted butter
  • 150 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 120 g maple syrup

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add ingredients into Thermocook Pro M 2.0 and select the Dough function.
  • When it’s ready roll the dough and using the cookie cutter create forms and shapes for your gingerbread house.
  • Bake pieces in the oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool before assembling.
  • Using the royal icing assemble your gingerbread house and decorate it to your liking.
  • Enjoy!
