All-in-1 Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 mango
  • 100 g carrot (cooked)
  • 100 g vegetable yogurt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp vegan protein blend carrot cake
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Topping

  • granola, strawberries, coconut flakes

Preparation:

  1. Preferably freeze the banana, mango and carrot.
  2. Put all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender: the banana, mango, carrot, yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder and a pinch of cinnamon.
  3. Blend it until smooth.
  4. Put the smoothie in a bowl and finish with some extra slices of banana, some granola, strawberries and coconut flakes.
