- 60 g sugar
- 500 g frozen fruit
- 2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
- 1 egg white (optional)

Preparation
- Place sugar into TC ProM2.0 bowl and mill for 10 seconds, speed 10.
- Add fruit, lemon juice, and egg white if using and blend for 1.5 minutes, speed 5.
- Pour into a container and keep in the freezer or use immediately. Use within a couple of days.
