- 300 g cooked chickpeas
- 120 g baby spinach
- 3 cloves of garlic
- juice of a lemon
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- salt, pepper

- Add ingredients into a blender and blend at the high speed until hummus becomes creamy.
