Fresh Spinach Hummus

Ingredients

  • 300 g cooked chickpeas
  • 120 g baby spinach
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • juice of a lemon
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add ingredients into a blender and blend at the high speed until hummus becomes creamy.
  • Enjoy!
