Ingredients
  

Ingredients

  • 40 g tahini
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 400 g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 large fresh beetroot, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 20 g olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place garlic clove into the TC bowl and chop for 2 seconds on speed 7.
  • Add tahini, a can of rinsed and drained chickpeas, lemon juice, beetroot, cumin, coriander, paprika, and extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Blend for 10 seconds on speed 7 or until desired consistency is reached.
  • Enjoy!
