Four Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 50 g parmesan
  • 50 g pecorino
  • 50 g comté
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 50 g gorgonzola
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 300 ml liquid cream

Preparation

  1. Remove the cheese rind. Attach the blade assembly. Then add the parmesan, pecorino, and the comte and blend for 1 minute by pressing the pulse button. Now cut the
    gorgonzola into small pieces and add it.
  2. Replace the blade assembly with the butterfly tool, then add the egg yolks, and the cream + some salt and pepper. Then let it stew at 90°C for 6 minutes. Once done serve warm with pasta.
  3. Enjoy!
