- 50 g parmesan
- 50 g pecorino
- 50 g comté

- 50 g gorgonzola
- 2 egg yolk
- 300 ml liquid cream

Preparation
- Remove the cheese rind. Attach the blade assembly. Then add the parmesan, pecorino, and the comte and blend for 1 minute by pressing the pulse button. Now cut the gorgonzola into small pieces and add it.
- Replace the blade assembly with the butterfly tool, then add the egg yolks, and the cream + some salt and pepper. Then let it stew at 90°C for 6 minutes. Once done serve warm with pasta.
