  • 50 g parmesan
  • 50 g pecorino
  • 50 g comté
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 50 g gorgonzola
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 300 ml liquid cream

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Remove the cheese rind. Attach the blade assembly. Then add the parmesan, pecorino, and the comte and blend for 1 minute by pressing the pulse button. Now cut the gorgonzola into small pieces and add it.
  • Replace the blade assembly with the butterfly tool, then add the egg yolks, and the cream + some salt and pepper. Then let it stew at 90°C for 6 minutes. Once done serve warm with pasta.
