- zest of half a lemon
- 100 ml water

- Start by adding the blueberries, blackberries, frozen banana, protein powder, avocado, soy curd, Medjool date, and lemon zest into a blender.
- Pour in the water to help with the blending process and to achieve the desired consistency. Adjust the amount of water based on your preference for thickness.
- Secure the lid tightly on the blender.
- Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. This should take approximately 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
- Once blended, pause and taste the smoothie. Adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more Medjool date or lemon zest if desired. Blend again briefly to incorporate any adjustments.
- Once you achieve the desired consistency and taste, pour the Feel Good Protein Smoothie into a glass or container.
