  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • few blackberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 tbsp soy curd, unsweetened
  • 1 Medjool date
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 100 ml water

Preparation

  • Start by adding the blueberries, blackberries, frozen banana, protein powder, avocado, soy curd, Medjool date, and lemon zest into a blender.
  • Pour in the water to help with the blending process and to achieve the desired consistency. Adjust the amount of water based on your preference for thickness.
  • Secure the lid tightly on the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. This should take approximately 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
  • Once blended, pause and taste the smoothie. Adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more Medjool date or lemon zest if desired. Blend again briefly to incorporate any adjustments.
  • Once you achieve the desired consistency and taste, pour the Feel Good Protein Smoothie into a glass or container.
  • Serve and enjoy the protein-packed goodness of this refreshing smoothie immediately.
