Feel Good Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • few blackberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp protein powder
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 tbsp soy curd, unsweetened
  • 1 Medjool date
  • zest of half a lemon
  • 100 ml water

Preparation

  1. Start by adding the blueberries, blackberries, frozen banana, protein powder, avocado, soy curd, Medjool date, and lemon zest into a blender.
  2. Pour in the water to help with the blending process and to achieve the desired consistency. Adjust the amount of water based on your preference for thickness.
  3. Secure the lid tightly on the blender.
  4. Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. This should take approximately 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
  5. Once blended, pause and taste the smoothie. Adjust the sweetness or tartness by adding more Medjool date or lemon zest if desired. Blend again briefly to incorporate any adjustments.
  6. Once you achieve the desired consistency and taste, pour the Feel Good Protein Smoothie into a glass or container.
  7. Serve and enjoy the protein-packed goodness of this refreshing smoothie immediately.
