Easy Vegan Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup/sugar free maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place it in a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the milk of your choice.
  3. Add the sweetener of your choice to the blender or food processor. You can use honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free maple syrup depending on your dietary preferences.
  4. Measure out the cocoa powder and add it to the blender or food processor.
  5. Blitz or blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor if needed.
  6. Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it to serving dishes or ramekins.
  7. Serve the vegan chocolate mousse as is, or you can add toppings such as fresh berries, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts for added flavour and texture.
