- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp honey/maple syrup/sugar free maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

- Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place it in a blender or food processor.
- Add the milk of your choice.
- Add the sweetener of your choice to the blender or food processor. You can use honey, maple syrup, or sugar-free maple syrup depending on your dietary preferences.
- Measure out the cocoa powder and add it to the blender or food processor.
- Blitz or blend all the ingredients together until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Make sure to scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor if needed.
- Once the mixture is smooth, transfer it to serving dishes or ramekins.
- Serve the vegan chocolate mousse as is, or you can add toppings such as fresh berries, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts for added flavour and texture.
