Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 300 g cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 6 strawberries
  • digestive biscuits

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, heavy cream, and strawberries.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Crush the digestive biscuits.
  4. Stir the biscuit crumbs into the ice cream mixture.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
