  • 750 g potatoes
  • 500 g water
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock
  • 500 g butter
  • 150 g milk

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Chop potatoes into cubes, add to the steaming basket and add 500g of water to the TC Pro M2.0 bowl.
  • Set temperature to 120C, 25 minutes, speed 2.
  • Once potatoes are soft, remove the basket and discard the water. Attach the butterfly tool and add potatoes back into the bowl.
  • Add a pinch of salt, 1 tsp vegetable stock, 150g milk, and 50g butter. Blend for 30 seconds, speed 4.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
  • Potatoes will take between 20-25 minutes to cook.
  • If the potato is not creamy enough, blend for longer to achieve desired texture.
