  • 8 chicken thighs (boneless and skin off)
  • 1/2 plain flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder
  • breadcrumbs

Curry Ingredients

  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 3 carrots, peeled+chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 400 ml chicken stock
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • cumin

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Mix eggs and milk, add spices and coat the chicken.
  • Add bread crumbs to a coated chicken.
  • Cook with vegetable oil until golden. Transfer to a tray and further cook in the oven for 15-20 mins at 200° (fan-forced)
  • For making a curry add onion, garlic, and carrots to the Thermocook bowl and Chop Speed 6 / 10 secs.
  • Add olive oil and Sauté at 90° / 10 mins/speed 2.
  • Add curry powder and flour and cook at 80° / 1 min/speed 2.
  • Add the rest of the spices and chicken stock. Cook at 100° / 20 mins/Speed 1.
  • Blend the sauce! Serve with plain steamed rice.
