Easy and Quick Rum Balls

Ingredients

  • 100 g biscuit
  • 200 g condensed milk
  • 100 g shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • grated orange peel
  • dark rum
  • shredded coconut for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients into the blender and blend until well mixed.
  2. Portion the dough into balls using a scoop or a teaspoon or by simply pinching off small pieces and rolling them in your hands. Roll the balls in the shredded coconut.
  3. Enjoy!
