Easy and Quick Chocolate Banana and Caramel Baked Oats

- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 scoop choc protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp caramel yoghurt
- sliced banana
- square of caramel chocolate
Instructions
Preparation
- In the blender, blend the oats, protein, water and baking powder until smooth.
- Pour into a ramekin and scoop yoghurt into the centre.
- Add sliced banana and bake at 180°c (350°f) for around 15 mins. Add the chocolate square in the last 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
