Easy and Quick Chocolate Banana and Caramel Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop choc protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp caramel yoghurt
  • sliced banana
  • square of caramel chocolate

Preparation

  1. In the blender, blend the oats, protein, water and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Pour into a ramekin and scoop yoghurt into the centre.
  3. Add sliced banana and bake at 180°c (350°f) for around 15 mins. Add the chocolate square in the last 5 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
