DIY Christmas Rice Krispie Treats

- 250 g water
- 60 g gelatin
- 200 g honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 500 g chocolate rice krispies

Preparation
- Add water to the Thermocook bowl. Add gelatin to the water and stir to mix the gelatin in so no dry lumps remain.
- Add your butterfly tool. Lace honey and salt in the bowl. Place the lid in place but remove the measuring cup and place a small steaming basket on top. Mix for 10 minutes at 50 C speed 1.
- Allow cooling to be lukewarm. When cool blend for 12 minutes speed 4.
- Add vanilla and any food colouring halfway through.
- Mix with the Rice Krispies. Place in the baking pan and let it set.
- Cut out shapes you prefer and decorate to your liking.
