  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 chive
  • salt
  • pepper

Deviled Eggs preparation

  • Boil the eggs(approx. 8-10 minutes), remove them, and peel them off immediately with cold water.
  • Cut hard-boiled eggs in half lengthways. Carefully lift out the yolk with a spoon and mash it with a fork in a plate or bowl.
  • Mix the yolk mixture well with the sour cream, mustard and cream cheese in the bowl and season well with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  • Put the finished cream in a piping bag with a coarse nozzle and fill the empty halves of the egg with it. Garnish with parsley.
  • In addition, each half of the egg can be garnished with sliced ​​ham strips and/or finely sliced ​​anchovy fillets (or caviar) and dill.

Egg Spread preparation

  • Wash the chives, shake dry, sort and let dry on kitchen paper.
  • Peel and dice the eggs. Cut the chives into the finest rolls.
  • Put the eggs, chives, sour cream, pepper, lovage salt and salt in a bowl and stir. Season again to taste and portion.
