Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

  • 200 g salted butter
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate
  • 2 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 2 cup chocolate chip
  • nutella

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the salted butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  • Add in the bicarbonate and plain flour and mix until well combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly.
  • Use a spoon to dollop Nutella over the top of the batter, then swirl it in with a knife or toothpick.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  • Allow the cookie cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan and slicing it into pieces.
