Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake

- 200 g salted butter
- 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp bicarbonate
- 2 1/4 cup plain flour
- 2 cup chocolate chip
- nutella

Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the salted butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- Add in the bicarbonate and plain flour and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it out evenly.
- Use a spoon to dollop Nutella over the top of the batter, then swirl it in with a knife or toothpick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Allow the cookie cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan and slicing it into pieces.
