- The next day, drain the cashews and transfer them to a blender. Add some clean water to the blender and blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the blender a few times during the process. If the mixture is too thick, you can add some extra water to thin it out.
- Once you have your cashew cream, you can store it in the refrigerator for a few days or use it in various recipes such as pasta sauces or as a topping for your breakfast.
- If you prefer a sweetened cashew cream, you can add some dates or honey to the blender and blend it together with the cashews for a deliciously sweet and creamy result. Enjoy!
