Delicious Cashew Cream

Ingredients

  • 500 g raw cashew nuts
  • water
  • dates or honey

Preparation

  1. Begin by soaking the cashews in water overnight. This helps them absorb moisture and makes them easier to process.
  2. The next day, drain the cashews and transfer them to a blender. Add some clean water to the blender and blend until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Be sure to scrape down the sides of the blender a few times during the process. If the mixture is too thick, you can add some extra water to thin it out.
  3. Once you have your cashew cream, you can store it in the refrigerator for a few days or use it in various recipes such as pasta sauces or as a topping for your breakfast.
  4. If you prefer a sweetened cashew cream, you can add some dates or honey to the blender and blend it together with the cashews for a deliciously sweet and creamy result. Enjoy!
