Delicious and Thick Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen oranges
  • 1/2 cup soaked oats

Description

  1. Start by soaking ½ cup of oats in 1 cup of water for 10-15 minutes. This will soften the oats and make them easier to blend into the smoothie.
  2. In a blender, add 1 cup of frozen peaches, 1 cup of frozen pineapple, and 1 cup of frozen oranges.
  3. Add the soaked oats to the blender along with ½ cup of water.
  4. Blend all the ingredients together on high speed until the mixture is thick and creamy.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more water and blend again until the desired consistency is achieved.
  6. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add your favourite toppings. You can use fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, or granola.
  7. Enjoy your delicious and thick smoothie bowl immediately.
