  • 200 g cooked cannellini beans
  • 2 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1/2 tsp wasabi paste
  • 1/2 tsp mustard paste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 g black pepper
  • 30 ml reduced-salt soya sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 20 g light tahini
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 20 ml water
  • 20 ml pickled cucumber water
  • 2 pickled cucumbers
  • 1 pinch horseradish
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 30 ml olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Store in the fridge for up to four days.
  • Enjoy!
