
Creamy White Bean Spread

- 200 g cooked cannellini beans
- 2 tbsp vegan mayo
- 1/2 tsp wasabi paste
- 1/2 tsp mustard paste
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 2 g black pepper
- 30 ml reduced-salt soya sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 20 g light tahini
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 20 ml water
- 20 ml pickled cucumber water
- 2 pickled cucumbers
- 1 pinch horseradish
- 1 tbsp capers
- 30 ml olive oil

Preparation
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Store in the fridge for up to four days.
