  • 200 g almonds, blanched
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 50 g yeast flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp herbs
  • 100 ml water

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Soak the blanched almonds in hot water for about 1 hour.
  • Then finely blend the almonds without water with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, yeast flakes, salt, herbs and water.
  • Put the mass in a nut milk bag or tea towel and squeeze out the liquid.
  • Then press the cheese into the desired shape and top with dried herbs.
  • Enjoy!
