Creamy vegan cheese with herbs

- 200 g almonds, blanched
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 50 g yeast flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp herbs
- 100 ml water
Instructions
Preparation
- Soak the blanched almonds in hot water for about 1 hour.
- Then finely blend the almonds without water with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, yeast flakes, salt, herbs and water.
- Put the mass in a nut milk bag or tea towel and squeeze out the liquid.
- Then press the cheese into the desired shape and top with dried herbs.
